x164 is routing-as-a-service. The x164 database contains call rating tables with route ACD, ASR call statistics. x164 provides a ready-configured, opensource softswitch which communicates with the x164 database. The softswitches of the x164 members update continuously the x164 database with statistical information.

Benefits:

  • Find the most profitable route on every call
  • Realtime statistics
  • Eliminate manual re-routing of bad routes
  • Automatically prepared rate-tables for popular providers
  • Free softswitch software

Technical implementation:

  • Shared public data: Pre-loaded rating tables, route statistics e.g. for Voicetrading
  • Profit-based routing logic, maximizing call-duration and margin
  • Private data: Private rate/route tables with private quality statistics
  • Opensource, ready-configured SIP, H323, SS7, ISDN capable softswitch based on yate
